I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AuraGoods. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
A return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if I shipped the incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads or software.
Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items.
Any product damaged due to customer misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account (timing depends on your bank or payment provider).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued for:
Items returned after the 30-day window.
Products damaged through customer mishandling.
Final sale or clearance items (these will be marked as such).
Original shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to my error in shipping a wrong or defective item).
4. How to Request a Return
Email me at support@auragoods.christmas to initiate a return. Please include:
Your order number.
The reason for the return.
Photos of the item, if it is defective or damaged.
I will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return address.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on my part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
