This policy applies to all orders shipped from AuraGoods. As a solo-operated business, I prioritize safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery while ensuring complete transparency.

1. Shipping Carriers

I partner with reliable carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier for your order is chosen based on delivery speed, service reliability, and destination to provide the best value.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 PM EST are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Any pre-order or made-to-order items will have their expected ship date clearly noted on the product page.

*Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, as they depend on carrier performance and customs processing.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Continental U.S.: Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

  • Continental U.S. (Orders under $50): A flat shipping fee of $4.95​ applies.

  • Alaska & Hawaii: A flat shipping fee of $9.95​ applies.

  • International: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

5. International Orders (Important)

Customers shipping outside the United States are responsible for:

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by the destination country.

  • Ensuring the ordered items comply with their country’s import restrictions (e.g., lithium batteries, liquids).

  • Providing an accurate phone number and email address for customs clearance communications.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Undeliverable Packages

  • My Error (Wrong/Defective Item): If I send the incorrect or a defective item, I will cover the cost of return shipping and the replacement.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns not due to my error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned to me due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer will require a reshipping fee to be sent out again.

7. Risk & Liability

  • Responsibility for the items transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. The tracking number provided serves as proof of shipment.

  • I am not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier logistical issues, customs inspections, or events beyond my control.

  • I am not liable for packages lost or stolen after the carrier’s tracking shows “Delivered.”

  • I am not liable for items seized or rejected by customs authorities in the destination country.

8. Order Tracking & Support

All orders will include a tracking number sent via email once the shipment is processed. Please contact me immediately if:

  • The tracking shows “Delivered,” but you have not received the package.

  • The package appears significantly damaged upon delivery.

9. Policy Changes

I reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. The policy in effect on the date you place your order will apply to that order.
